I have got two small olive oil mills near by.. where I get my oil from.
I can even bring them my own olives every year ..unless I am to lazy to pick them ..the birds will enjoy them as well.
Living here since quite a while taught me how to cook with olive oil ..would not like to swap....I use it predominantly.
The Italians have a lot of good starters as well..some dishes called "cross overs" are interesting as well...
Getting married is not on the list of side effects though!

Not only love this food, but love to cook it too! Am famous for my veggie lasagna made with fresh pasta, ricotta, asiago and lots of grilled vegetables...awesome!
