If you are a dog hater do not bother reading this....because I will never convince you otherwise that I am talking a load of sentimental drivel and codswallop....if you are a dog lover everything I say here will make perfect sense.I do not know if there is an afterlife .....or if there is a God in Heaven .... which as Christians in this country,we are taught to believe in.But assuming there is......Who is better placed and more deserved to take the honour of being Mans Guardian Angel sent by God to look after our welfare than that often smelly, flea bitten, lovable bundle of fur the common household Mutt.The Wolf and its first cousin the Dog have been worshipped in history by most civillisations,Romulus and Remus suckled by a SheWolf,Beowulft the Anglo Saxon mythhological hero, The Cheyenne Dog Clan......Imitation is the best form of flattery....During the 2nd World War Doenitz harassed the TransAtlantic Convoys with U Boat Wolf Packs......Just to name but a few examples.They originally guarded our campfires,......In the next 10 years they will be actively and significantly cutting down the cancer death rates by sniffing out the cancers leading to early detection......hence keeping more families together longer......how socially admirable is that? Of cours the dog does not know the consequ social intelligenceence of its actions,but it is his highly developed social intelligence( well in excess of our own) that permit us to use them......What has this got to do with metaphysical experience...that is in Part2
