I have got two small olive oil mills near by.. where I get my oil from.
I can even bring them my own olives every year ..unless I am to lazy to pick them ..the birds will enjoy them as well.
Living here since quite a while taught me how to cook with olive oil ..would not like to swap....I use it predominantly.
The Italians have a lot of good starters as well..some dishes called "cross overs" are interesting as well...
Getting married is not on the list of side effects though!
