Lean bacon, smoked or normal as much as you fancy for two chopped
sliced onion
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
mushrooms
pepper (red)
Worcester Sauce
Soy sauce
pepper
Half a savoy cabbage
Fry Light

Spray frying pan with Fry light and toss in the onion garlic and bacon till browned . Splash in some Worcester sauce, grind in some black pepper, splash in soy not too much as will be too salty.
Finely shred your savoy cabbage and throw into pan, maybe add a little water if very dry, then cover pan and steam for 15 mins turn occassionally, time to shower and open a bottle of wine. Enjoy
