In February, to make the month go by faster, I start designing my back yard gardens......and then I start planting seedlings........to make my plan come to fruition....I find this exciting, and enlightening, and makes planning for the future my goal...and feeds my creative needs I seem to need to be happy....

Hope that helps you out - and you can save sooo much money by planting your own seedlings...

see that spot needs your touch.... Create something, start by drawing/research/plan/shop/plant something, and keep it alive!

And I dont live that far from you........I too am a Prairie Girl, live in the Brandon Area........I know all about our Manitoba February days........What would you plant in that Garden in my Photo???

I would plant Russian Sage, Lavetera, and Cosmos too...........I think that is a South Facing spot.....
