I am curious...as a new member, I am finding that the women are not afraid to show their picture, but the men do not do so - why? What are they trying to hide?
I am curious...for a member to get to know someone, a brief 'write up' would be nice (with correct spelling), why isn't this done again by the male side of the fence?
These are just thoughts I am throwing out for a general query. Would be interested in feed back, as I feel if you want to meet anyone, especially on a chat system, you would like to see whom you are talking to and have a little background to go on; otherwise what is the point of being here?

I have been a member over a year and, to be fair, there are several ladies as well as men who do not show their photo. I think there are several reasons for this...some do not know how to or havent got any they like on their computer...some may not be confident about their appearance...some worry about being recognised; in some cases they feel guilty about being on a contact site. I have come across all these reasons. I agree with you and feel that openness is best but many think differently.

it is nice when people open a galerie you can see a lot of pictures there and if you read the profiele you also know a lot about the person, just letting you know you never know everithing about a person its just imposible so just look at the profiels it will help you

Since I never look at male profiles I would think that there are an awfull lot of females who have no picture or profile. I think some are shy and waiting for a male to open for them. Well you know who they will get. Some actually don't want ex boyfriends to recognize them and I know of two who are hiding from abusive ex's. No picture is not half as bad as no profile and leaving your weight out or hair colour shows you to be vain. You can always send a picture to those you feel are worth it. Blog is good as is gallery.
