More about Davit1
I am a retired logger/farmer with some arthritis and too much time on my hands. Hobbies include woodworking in winter, greenhouse and garden in summer, wine making in season and internet when there is nothing else to do. I like quiet people. Not into cruises or golf. Truth of the matter is that I have been questioning why I am here. Not for the reasons the rest of you are here. You are looking for someone to cruise the world with and live happily ever after and I wish you luck. I just want someone to share conversation with over the net to start and maybe over the phone later and if the chemistry was there maybe try sharing space. It doesn't even have to be someone with the same interests, I can talk about things I'm not ecstatic about. I can compromise enough to do things I'm not interested in.
I do like to chat and I do have the time. I'm really interested in talking to disabled people and people with similar interests. I'm afraid I am an information junky. Ideal partner would be some one laid back enough to not put a strain on me, I am sort of wore out, but not a couch potato. I do not want some one who spends all there time watching TV or on the computer. The computer has it's place and time. I would rather sit and watch sun sets or go for a drive. Sorry, I can't hike far anymore. I still garden some but mostly sitting down. An active partner would be OK as long as they didn't expect me to keep up, But I think I would be more comfortable with someone mildly disabled who understands what my day is like. But if you are too disabled I won't be able to take care of you. But I would try, I think.
