  • Good Evening!
    My primay hobby is maintaing a herbal abd flower garden. The two mint plants are doing very well.
    Sometime this year I am planning to return to either a University or College to earn a degree in American History and Culinary Arts.
    When visting Colonial Williamsburg, VA. - took an evening tour called "Ghost of Williamsburg". A guide explain the history of different homes; their legend and fokelore plus at night you might be able to see a ghost or two at the window. I like the idea of being sometype of tour guide in an historical area where one can presents facts yet include the fokelore of the area.
    I have a passion for cooking! I am not a trained Chef but I enjoy cooking new dishes. With any dish I try to find out the history of that dish. For example; "Tuna Casserole" this dish was introduce back in the early 30's and I am currently searching diffrent cookbooks on how the dish has been modifies over the years. I be happy to trade recipes to anyone who or whom enjoys cooking.
    I try to prepare all my meals from scratch - not the instance meals because when one uses fresh herbs, vegetables in a meal it gives it a different tasts.
    I am looking for a friend that I can share my thoughts and ideas. To have a friendly conversation about a varity of topic. I am not looking for a long term commitment.
