Slow cooker cream corn. I made this for our Christmas Eve get together and it was gone in 20mins.
Here's the recipe:
10 cups frozen corn (about 50oz) thawed
3 pkg (8oz each) cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
In a 5qt slow cooker combine all ingredients, cook covered on low 4-5 hours or until heated through. Stir a couple of times and again just before serving.
