Dear Members,
We've finally launched our new messaging system. It's designed to resemble modern messengers and is notably easier to use on mobile devices compared to the previous solution. Here's a summary of the key changes:
- There's now only one message thread between sender and recipient. If you've had multiple message threads with the same member in the past, we've merged them into one thread.
- The often bothersome task of entering a subject is now eliminated.
- The "Sent" folder is also gone: All sent and received messages are now in one message thread. You'll find these under "Messages"
In addition to some minor improvements, we're planning the following optimizations for the next few days:
- Ability to mark individual message threads for easier retrieval.
- Indication of whether a message has been read by the recipient.
